Delivery
1. Order Notification
The customer will receive an email with the invoice and order confirmation details as soon as you place an order containing all relevant information.

2. Dispatched Notification
The customer will receive an Order Dispatched email with delivery information.

3. Delivery Times
The delivery timescale is 3-7 working days free to UK. Selected products are also free on EU countries. Out of Stock Item might take 5-10 days. Next Working Day Delivery only on selected products.

Attention: Deliveries to an address in another country different from billing address will be checked and validated. This process might delay the delivery times. You will be informed if the check fails.

Please bear in mind that during busy periods, we might not be able to dispatch all orders in the same day. However, we will try our best to ship it in the next business day. We will keep you informed. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience delays much longer than expected.

4. Postage
We ship with UPS or DHL and provide tracking numbers. All orders are Recorded Signed for.

5. International Deliveries
We currently do not support shipping outside EU. Apologies for any inconvenience.

6. Missed delivery Attempts
The courier will leave a card with the tracking number details so the customer can re-arrange the delivery at a more convenient time or collect at the nearest post office. An ID will be for collection.

7. Rejected Items
If the customer no longer wants the product for a reason other than delays and requires a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping fees from the total refund.

8. Late deliveries
If a delivery is late and the customer no longer wants the item, we will happily refund of any delivery charges that were charged to the customer.

Please bear in mind that we do not provide financial compensation on time taken off work to receive the item.
